Care levels are tailored to individual needs, based on the ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transferring, and continence. Residents with minimal support needs will have a lower level of care, while those requiring assistance with all ADLs will receive a higher level of support.
Upon admission, our team conducts a comprehensive nursing assessment to determine your current level of care needs. We continuously update this assessment to accommodate any changes, ensuring you always receive the appropriate level of care.
