Prema Senior Living offers 7 levels of care in our assisted living community and 4 levels of care in our memory care community. The level of care for a resident are determined based on the nursing assessment performed on admission and subsequently based on changes in the residents support required for Activities of Daily Living (ADL). ADL's are the everyday things we all do to take care of ourselves and include simple tasks like:
